Looks like Wayne Rooney is hoping for another footballer in the family. The Manchester United player shared a Instagram video of his son Klay Saturday, wearing his playing number 10 on his pyjamas and kicking a mini football around.

‘This little man wakes up and just wants to play football,’ Wayne wrote with the video. The 17-month old certainly seems to be doing good, though his dad might want to teach him to not toe-punt the ball.

Wayne was no doubt enjoying some family time ahead of his premiership match against his former team Everton on Sunday, which he sadly won’t be playing in.

Rooney was slapped with a three-game suspension after receiving a red card for a bad tackle on Stewart Downing during United’s match against West Ham last week. This means the captain, who was handed the armband from
Louis van Gaal at the start of the season, will miss not just October fixtures against Everton, but also West Brom and Chelsea.
