There is no stopping for Manu Garba’s boys as they continued their blistering run, which now stretches to three games with clean slates
Nigeria U17 defeated P-Sport Academy 3-0 in a test game played at the Fifa Goal Project pitch in Abuja.
Goals from Tobi Alagbe, Ogunsola Ishmael and Usman Musa were all the Golden Eaglets needed to ease past the Kaduna based team.
P-Sport Academy started the game on a bright note but few minutes into the game, the Eaglets stamped their authority in the game and were unlucky not to have scored.
However, Alagbe gave his side the lead with his head in the 42nd minute of the game as substitute Ishmael added a second from the penalty spot after Augustine Chinasa was brought down in the 63rd minute.
And Usman sealed the win three minutes away from full time. Impressed coach Manu Garba praised his team’s doggedness as they are yet to concede a goal after three games.
Before this game, Nigeria U17 had opened their account with a 5-0 win over Santos FC before tearing apart Sia-One Academy 6-0.
