Nigeria U23 qualified for the quarter final at the Rio Olympics having defeated Japan and Sweden in their first two games, despite losing to Colombia 2-0 in their last two games.
Having finished as Group B winners, Samson Siasia’s side have set up with Denmark who finished as Group A runners-up in Salvador on Saturday, August 13.
Both teams last met in June with the Europeans soaring 6-2 in the Suwon International Youth tournament played at the Goyang Sports Complex.
