Eminem - The Warning

The Warning is a 2009 hip hop diss song written and performed by American rapper Eminem and produced by Dr. Dre as part of an on-going conflict with singer Mariah Carey.

This arose as a reason of Eminem claiming he once had a relationship with Carey for six months.

As a result, Eminem recorded a number of songs in which he rapped about the singer in a negative light, angered by her not admitting to seeing him.

After the release of Carey’s single Obsessed, suspicions were raised by many that it was directed at Eminem, despite claims to the contrary by her then-husband, Nick Cannon.

Eminem then released this song as a response and in it claims he still has proof of the couple. Though not released as a single or as part of an album, The Warning appeared on three US Billboard charts.
