Keep On Loving You is a soft rock power ballad recorded by American rock band REO Speedwagon, for their 1980 ninth studio album Hi Infidelity.

It was written by lead vocalist Kevin Cronin, who produced it with Kevin Beamish and the band.

Epic Records put it out on November 4, 1980 and It became the band’s first single to top the US Billboard Hot 100, also being certified Platinum in the country.

In the UK, it peaked at Number 7 whilst gracing the top 5 in Canada and Australia.

Due to its popularity, Keep On Loving You has been an integral part of the band’s greatest hit albums, most ’80s soft rock compilations as well as ‘various artists’ compilation albums.
